By registering your details on the Jingles friendship and dating site you are bound to adhere to the Jingles users’ conditions as stated below.

You may not disturb or limit other users in their use of Jingles’ services;
You may not put information on the site which is illegal, threatening, insulting, scandalous, grievous, obscene, vulgar and/or pornographic. This includes information which can lead to or cause a crime or an infringement of the existing laws;
You may not put scandalous information on the site or send messages with unwanted sexual or racist innuendos;
You may not put information or other material on the website which violates other people’s rights, including violation of privacy or intellectual ownership without prior consent of the owner of the Jingles’ website, Stichting Jingles (info@joodsevrienden.nl );
You may not put material on the website that contains viruses or other harmful software. If you do, you will be held liable.
You may not publish advertisements on the site or offer commercial products or services without Jingles’ prior written consent;
You may not induce others to donate money, become a member of an organisation or join illegal activities;
You may not delete information of others than yourself, with exception of replies to messages left on the site by you;
You may not use the Jingles’ website for gathering personal details of others, as defined in the Jingles’ privacy conditions.
You may not use the Jingles’ website for the sole purpose of expressing religious and/or political views or spreading opinions on political and religious matters.

Furthermore Jingles reserves the right to:

exclude users of any further use of Jingles’services in the event of a violation of the general conditions;
change or delete accounts, messages, reactions and photos, without any prior warning or reasons;
supervise and gain access to profile holders’ pages.

Jingles cannot be held liable or responsible for any damage, caused directly and/or indirectly by and/or resulting from use of the site. In particular Jingles cannot be held responsible for any damage, caused by and/or resulting from:

actions by you;
the inability to use the site;
inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information on the site;
the illegal use of Jingles’ systems by a third party;
putting profiles on search engine sites. In spite of the fact that precautions have been taken it appears that this cannot be prevented. This seems to be inherent to the Internet and Jingles has chosen to create a safe environment, which is easily accessible to new visitors and profile holders.
