Would you like to work in a professional and dynamic organisation, with a focus on people? This requires a conscientious, driven and amicable, but also critical, attitude. JMW regularly looks for people who can identify with this.
JMW offers good terms of employment. JMW employees have an employment contract based on civil law. The Collective Labour Agreement for Home Care (for all employees in the home care sector) or the Collective Labour Agreement for Welfare (for all other employees) is applicable to all employment contracts.
JMW has laid down the basis for its work in a mission statement. With regard to its personnel and social policies, JMW aims to be a good, reliable, development oriented and respectful employer to its employees.
Training
JMW attaches much value to the permanent development of its employees by means of training and schooling. Internal as well as external possibilities for training are offered per occupational group.
Applying
In accordance with JMW’s application procedure, internal candidates have preference over external candidates. Candidates, both internal and external, are expected to write an application letter, including a CV, or fill in an application form.
All applicants will receive an acknowledgement of receipt, indicating as far as possible when they can expect a reply from the selection committee.
For each vacancy, an internal selection committee will be set up, which will always include the manager of the department and one prospective colleague.
Apart from those in our home care department, application procedures always include two interviews. Within the home care department, one interview is usually sufficient.
Applicants who are invited are compensated for their travel expenses.
